-team 2 are still by the water in the cave they just surfaced

-the hallway leads to a large room
—the room is about the size of a foot ball field
—there is no floor but pillars that look as if they’re rising from a bottomless pit
—some pillars are wider than others and some are higher than others
—pillars go all the way to the end of the hall
—at the end of the is another room with golden walls
—each pillar has a wooden lamppost on top but the lanterns are out
-the team is uneasy about this situation
-charlie throws a rock into the pit
—there’s a strange sound coming from the pit
—then 3 large spider snakes slowly crawl up closest pillar to where rock went down
-the team runs back down the hallway they came from scared
-they discuss the situation
—they can’t go back up the whirl pool
—–they’re trapped
—charlie asks about the lampposts
—nathan tells them about his previous encounter
-they discuss the solution
—walls are too smooth to climb
—charlie doesn’t trust the pillars
-they go back down the hall
—the spider/snakes have gone back to the pit

-the team runs back down the hallway
-they discuss the results
—chloe suggests the ceiling
-they go back to look at the ceiling
—too many stilactites
-nathan suggests shooting out the lights in the lanterns
—charlie objects to the sound a gun blasts would make
-nathan asks chloe if she brought her tranquilizer gun
—stiletto took it
—charlie brought 2 extra guns

—–some pillars don’t have lampposts
-they lay out a path to take
—someone asks what happens when the tranquilizer goes down the pit?
-charlie tests this and shoots out the first lantern
—the tranquilizer falls needle first into the pit
—–there is a rustling below but nothing happens
-charlie tosses a rock onto the pillar
